1. What makes Lincs Home Foods meals unique?
Our meals are 100% natural, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and free from artificial additives or preservatives. Each dish is carefully prepared to give you a delicious, home-cooked experience without the hassle.
2. How do I place an order?
You can place an order online through our website or by phone at 01522708109. Simply browse our menu, add your preferred meals to your cart, and follow the checkout process.
3. What are your delivery options?
We deliver meals every Tuesday and Friday to Lincoln and surrounding villages.
- Free delivery for orders over £35.
- A £2 delivery fee applies to orders under £35.
You also have the option to collect your meals from our café.
4. Can I collect my meals instead of having them delivered?
Yes! You can collect your meals at our café Holly's Meals Ltd, located at DeWint Court, Bowden Drive, LN6 7DY. Simply select the collection option when placing your order.
5. How do I reheat the meals?
Each meal comes with clear reheating instructions printed on the packaging. Our meals are designed to be heated in the microwave.
6. Do you cater to special dietary requirements?
Yes, we offer a variety of options, including vegetarian and low-calorie meals. Please check the product descriptions for detailed information about ingredients and allergens.
7. Can I freeze your meals?
Absolutely! Our meals are delivered frozen and can be stored in your freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them. Check the packaging for recommended storage times.
8. How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by Credit/Debit card, when you put the order or if you prefer on Delivery/Collection
9. What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
If you’re not home, we can leave your order in a safe place. Please provide instructions during checkout or notify us in advance.
10. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately.
