Update of previous review of chicken roast dinner having chicken pieces not sliced roast chicken has been resolved with apology and free dinner on my next order. Future roast dinners will contain roast chicken slices as advertised and which I have had previously and been completely satisfied. All the frozen meals I’ve received from Lincs Home Foods have been excellent and thank them for the prompt attention in dealing with this one off complaint.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry this one wasn’t up to our usual standard. You’re absolutely right — that batch was made using chicken strips instead of proper sliced roast chicken, which isn’t what we normally do or advertise.
We’ve now completely stopped that and gone back to our usual roasted chicken.
I’ve also reached out to you directly to put this right.
